An NSEA spokesperson said: "Schools Over Stadiums is committed to pursuing every possible path to stop the use of public funds to subsidize a billionaire’s stadium. This includes litigation as well as giving Nevadans the opportunity to vote to stop this misguided project."

If “yes” is inevitable, I’d love to see mlb owners say yes on relocation but no on waiving relocation fees. That would cripple an already questionable deal and perhaps force Fisher to sell.
Feels more like a “vote yes so they can keep going down the path” situation. A no vote would nuke the whole thing. They still have a lot of work to do.
