Scarlett Johansson though has that five minute scene early in the film done in one shot which is absolutely visceral. So I wouldn't say either actor is better. And this is also the end of like a ten minute fight scene where they both go for it at some point.

They removed one of the best episodes of Community on suicide, bullying and weight shaming. And it was a guy dressed as an elf for a few minutes. They even purposely pointed out how even cosplaying a character can be problematic. And the joke was at the expense of the character.

Singing on Broadway does not equal best actor for the role in a FILM. They are completely different mediums.
Musical theatre training places emphasis on singing, not acting, and certainly not on film and TV acting. I know that from my own acting training and from professionals
