THIS! The 2 hand strike should be a switch up. Independent hands should be what OL coaches build their foundations on. These are what the dummies look like that DL train with… As an OL, why would you give them exactly what they train to defeat. ADAPT!
It’s beyond me that there are still NFL Offensive Line Coaches, teaching and demanding guys to use a 2-hand strike exclusively. Like do these guys watch how DL train and practice. I know I’m about to piss off a lot of sensitive egos…

I’ve watched as much Villanova football as one can take. This was probably the most entertaining part of my film viewing session 😂 Honestly, an impressive athletic feat for a QB that has negative 37 career rushing yards (yes that’s a real stat)
