On 1st of June this year we're running Hackademia, our first ever cybersecurity conference. We have great things planned and tickets are going fast, so grab one whilst you can from Tickets are £15 (£10 for students), and expect plenty of pigeons too

On Friday we had @JayHarris_Sec come give a talk on software defined radio. He gave many usecases for SDR from replay attacks to eavesdropping with several live demos. As our last guest talk before Hackademia, it was a great end to our series of guest talks this year!.

Last Friday we had @RicDerby come and deliver our first guest talk of the term! It was a fascinating look into process comprehension for OT systems and made for a strong start to LUHack this term!

Our old president was back on campus speaking about operational technology cyber attacks last week.
I needed some serious recovery time after a hectic week compared to my normally chill WFH. Loved presenting at my first BSides, despite having attended them for ~10 years, @BSidesLanc . Most of all I’m super proud of my better half Jen for her amazing work delivering the event!
