Back in DC and the CHAOS is real. In the last 24 hours: the Hudson River Tunnel project is in jeopardy and $8B yanked from projects in 16 states where half our members live. Add a shutdown on top, and that’s a LOCKOUT. Our members only get paid when they show up to build.
