BREAKING: Norfolk Southern has agreed to give 3,000 of its 19,000 workers, members of the third biggest union at the company, 4 paid sick days after public outrage and union pressure. The union calls it, "A step in the right direction for necessary changes at Norfolk Southern."

After years of service, the owner did not remember our names. He did, however, mention that his “open-door policy” is better for us than a union. On Friday, Nov 4th, he sent out a company-wide email encouraging us to vote NO on our union.
