There are ciders in Ireland actually being made from 100% apple juice, seek and you will find them.

It takes 10 years for an apple tree to mature, traditional fermentation takes between 4 and 6 months, traditionally most ciders are made from cooking, eating and dessert apples, very few are making cider from cider apples which make the best cider.
@garrettmurphy There's certainly room for more, but it's not like the product can just be whipped up and shipped out like beer can.
