All you experts out there, I've been pressing Dabinett bittersweet apples for 15 years and never seen anything like this. It looks half Dabinett half Red Elstar. Explanations?

all at it now highly recommend Stonewell cider as an alternative to the mass produced Bulmer's sugar slop @BulmersIreland, a cork based family firm quality cider @StonewellCider excellent very like Brittany cider 👌
