Jan Molby became a Red on 23 August 1984. He arrived from Ajax in a £200,000 transfer. A midfield maestro and the greatest penalty taker of all time. Molby remained at Liverpool until February 1996 and made 292 appearances for the Reds. @JanMolby

49 years ago today:.Steve Heighway scores the winner for Liverpool FC against Norwich City (1-0) at Anfield. Liverpool attacked all the time and was close to scoring on many occasions, but it was only Heighway who found the net. David Johnson made his #LFC debut that afternoon.
