My thoughts on SDEC 'Pull vs Push' is that both would be perfect, but with staffing constraints, we work mainly with the push model in SDEC. This results in a few trade-offs:.🧵.
@acutemedACPs @SisterScrappy @rachel_sansbury @ashjj999 @LEADACP what’s your thoughts on the “pull / push” model? I would suggest it’s what you want your sdec to do ? Decompress and take the hit of poor referrals or control the original design of sdec. Having set up both I lean to the latter.

Well done, James!. I firmly agree that your thinking and leadership on advanced practice have positively influenced many ACP systems. This, in turn, provides opportunities for staff to grow professionally and for patient care to improve.
@JamesPrattACP . Worthy and very popular winner of the Notts ACP of the year award. True legend, whose local, regional and national work around governance and education have been so influential. 👏👏👏
