I think all these people, Evans, Brearey, Jayaram, et al, thought once Lucy was locked up until she died, as the most hated woman, nobody was going to look into their lies. How wrong they were! https://t.co/bxUfVv0TuZ

Surely it's only a matter of time until Dewi Evans gets Roy Meadowed

The jig is up! The conviction of Letby cannot stand. The powers that be need to release this woman before any more harm is inflicted on her.

@DrSusanOliver1 So, it's possible to be wrong about one thing and right about another. These stories and articles are often written by different people, anyway. Free Lucy letby. The NHS has been scapegoating nurses for decades, the internet has made their deceit easier to refute.

1/2. In around October 2023 a retired paediatric consultant reported Lucy Letby prosecution witness Dr Bohin on suspicion of perverting the course of justice. If the evidence Dr Brearey forged notes is clear and objective.

@ABridgen yep, why is that young woman still incarcerated? Lucy is a scapegoat IMO.

What a shambles in NHS maternity. Does this cast doubt on the conviction of Lucy Letby ?
π¨ IMPORTANT UPDATE π¨ My Senior midwifery manager voluntarily stepped down two weeks ago. I raised serious concerns regarding her conduct and patient safety to the NMC in July following my subject access request & documents disclosed to me. Here are some of the key issues I

Always worth re-sharing, Ch 5's doco, "Lucy Letby: The New Evidence." It includes Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Michele Worden, who worked on the neonatal unit at The CofCh Hospital & is still in contact with many of the nurses who worked with Lucy https://t.co/1BXtERRyex

I do hope π @drphilhammond is right in part 30 of the Eye, re paving the way for Lucy's appeal. All the indictments have been ripped apart now, surely?! https://t.co/pvpYIKa2CS

@LCasley31782 @JoshuaRozenberg @dshensmith @QuentinMcDermot I keep wondering what Evans actually thought he was doing? Why no one told him what he should be doing is a serious concern. Lord Justice Jackson pointed out what he was doing in no uncertain terms and was completely ignored? When did truth and justice become divorced?

@DrSusanOliver1 Not a single qualified expert has spoken up post-trial to back Dewi Evans' crazy, baseless and shifting theories. He will be remembered as worse than Roy Meadow.

So Dr. Oliver chooses an odd angle of attack: For its faults, Private Eye has shown it is at least capable of admitting it is wrong. Dr. Evans, like Dr. Wakefield, seems less inclined.

An expert witness, Ian Ross, lifts the lid on the huge problems with expert witnesses. The Lucy Letby case, even ahead of a full appeal, is already notorious for bad practice. Ian discusses this in the paper linked in @DebbieKennett's post. https://t.co/5yKtC2lMWy

An excellent new discussion paper by Ian Ross, a forensic criminal psychologist who is also a registered expert witness. He discusses issues of bias in expert evidence. The Lucy Letby case is used as one of the examples. https://t.co/JwF1lkQloc
