UPDATE: A section of the Thames towpath between Richmond Lock and Kew Gardens car park has collapsed into the river. We are asking people to follow signage on the towpath and please do not try and walk through the flooded area as it is not safe.

The fault has now been fixed and those who were unable to use their codes can now go ahead and complete the annual canvass using the same codes. If you confirmed your details on the phone to our Customer Services team you do not need to complete this again.
We're aware that due to a technical fault some of the codes sent in the annual electoral canvass email are not currently working. Those affected will receive a second email shortly with further guidance. We apologise for any inconvenience whilst we work on fixing the fault.

We are aware that the group of Travellers in Ham are now on King Georges Field, after briefly moving into Kingston borough. As this is a new site, we have to go back to court to move them on. We have started the necessary welfare checks and legal process.
