The US has withdrawn its USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier and warships from direct confrontation zone and fled further into the Indian Ocean following an attack by the IRGC. Their air defence missiles are getting depleted and it has only been 3 days of war.

Why are people arguing about the legalities of this current war? International law and the nuances of legal language did nothing to prevent past ones, and was in fact used as a framework by which to wage them. Or, special terms like 'police action' were used.

It seems that the United Nations has continued to exist at the expense of the planet, it has not done what it once promised to do. It is full of those who profiteered and exploited. Aid, and peace keeping could be done on a decentralised level. The League of Nations failed.
