The time skip felt too brushed over which is unfortunate bc I DO like the idea of it, and also the side stuff felt necessary to catch up on to truly understand the story and its events when really the side stuff should add on to it, not fill it in.

Not to mention that driving the car manually was exciting at first until it felt like Ignis was secretly still controlling the wheel so it didn’t *really* feel like you have control, weird camera angles in battle, the game improved after I already beat it which felt cheated too.

As someone who was caught up in everything before during and after its release, its been a huge disappointment for me as each time I’d play it, I kept hoping it was more than what it was. It’s a game where you travel outside of Disney world while seeing it and never go in.
people who hate on ffxv clearly didn’t even play the dlcs or read the book and they probably think luna and stella are the same person.
