@TerrafugiaInc @VTOLsociety ummmm. @terrafugiainc. what is your baseline? Air travel is 1000 times safer than road. and TO/LNDG/taxi is ~2mi at each end and avg flight is 2.3kmi, it is still safer to lnd/to/taxi in a plane than drive a car :-/ who are you trying to scare?.
