What a great day yesterday! Saw so many great things happening in schools, including an intense focus on literacy! Today, I get to spend time in Concordia, Manhattan and Kaw Valley. Can’t wait to see the impactful learning taking place in these districts!.

Day 5 of being out in school districts this week. The KS sunrise was beautiful this morning as I get to start the day in Uniontown. After that I will spend time in Marmaton Valley and Colony-Crest the rest of today. I can’t wait to see the staff and students in these districts!.

Wow!! Yesterday the school districts I visited were outstanding! Day #4 promises to be just as good. Headed to Conway Springs, Argonia, Oxford, Winfield and Central of Burden. Excited to see the wonderful learning happening today!.

It’s day #3 and I’m in south central KS today. Yesterday was outstanding and the districts I visited are all doing many wonderful things with students! Today I’m in Pratt-Skyline, Barber County North, South Barber County and Cunningham. Excited to be KS schools this week!!.

One of my stops yesterday was in La Crosse. They are building a new elementary and prek school for their community. We also had the opportunity to meet with four of their Board of Education members. Thank you for your leadership!
