Not sure I entirely agree with the statement below… Chronic symptoms are likely PCC 🤔 Nevertheless, publications like this highlight continued need to support and study long term outcomes for patients of critical illness like #sepsis especially in the pediatric population.
Good news regarding the post–COVID-19 condition (PCC) in kids: "although children infected with SARS-CoV-2 reported increased chronic symptoms, few of these children developed PCC & overall QoL did not differ from children with negative SARS-CoV-2 tests." https://t.co/la1XEyQ8Dw
