Echoing and Eclipse is a fantasy series which I litter a bunch of stuff in. In fact, I tell the ending (mostly) in Winds of the World. I love leaving things for readers to find. For me, that makes the work so worth it. #eastereggs .#WritingLife .#Debutauthor .#epicfantasy.
What type of Easter eggs do you like to sneak into your work? . I enjoy putting little references to books and movies in my work, sometimes hiding movie titles in plain sight. It’s just fun for me. 🤗. What about you?.

Well… I have a rough target for a chapter/book, but I write what needs to be written to tell the story. Winds of the Worlds first draft was just over 290k. The last draft was around 270k. Never set a limit and let the story evolve organically. #indieauthor .#WritingLife.

When planning your books, do you decompose things into its lowest form before writing so you know each and every step? Or do you make a basic outline and just let it go?.

Well, I am most definitely my own worse enemy. I tend to overthink everything and then not care next. All in all it would be forcing myself to dedicate time and patience.

Winds of the World took me about 6 months. It was a 300k word manuscript at that point, but with edits I trimmed down to 270k.
How long did it take you to finish writing your first book?.Or are you still writing it?. I keep feeling like I’m running out of time 🥲. Chronic overthinker here 😂.
