Time flies. I was there on staff when Kate won. Great moment. Congratulations to the current Huskies.
𝟐𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫. June 11, 2005: Kate Soma wins the NCAA Pole Vault making 14-feet, 1.25-inches. June 12, 2025: Hana Moll wins the NCAA Pole Vault making 15-feet, 8.50-inches. Amazing how far the bar has been raised and no telling how high it can go. 📈📈
