Geospatial data is a real pain in the ass. I mean, that's why I have a company. But it's probably the biggest problem in our industry. We should get over our egos about "geospatial being special," grow up, and start producing better data standards, formats, and products.

What did they get? Manda Base? Very strategic given the current situation at Camp Lemonnier. Why? Russia and China accord. They have forged a new paradigm of Major-Country Relations, with this Djibouti is getting “hot”. In 2014 US blocked a Russian bid in Djibouti. 1/2
