So @bookingcom 3 weeks of emails to 3 different departments. You can’t find my booking (ref 757302506) and you have no interest in listening to my complaint let alone resolving it. Deliberately delay and confusion to get rid. Very very poor service.

In the context of modern baking, the motto should be “Careless talk costs loaves”. There’s no legal definition of #sourdough. Supermarkets sell ‘sourdough’ bread mixes. Industrial bakers buy artificial sourdough flavouring. Me @heraldscotland

Warburtons have ditched the farmers' cooperative that supplied the wheat for their bread. Now more ££ is skimmed for shareholders rather than benefitting the farmers. Please choose your bread accordingly, and obviously, where possible, support your independent bakers.

With exceptions I can count on both hands, every #RealBread baker I've seen in 10 years+ of this job is white. Is the issue in our bubble a lack of diversity, visibility or both? What can and should the Campaign be doing to improve on these, and on empowerment and representation?
