6/8 Indeed we have a large host-range panel of these pairings (53 phages vs. 74 strains) in two different media types, and in anaerobic/aerobic conditions for ST323-targeting phages (#IBD relevant K.p.).

5/8 Notably, cgLIN typing (Hennart et al 2022) of these strains is also available in the metadata, showing unique STL and LIN codes for KlebPhaCol strains!.

4/8 Similarly, we have characterised all 74 strains according to amazing #Klebsiella resources like #Kaptive and #Kleborate, and we’ve created a #Pathogenwatch collection of the K. pneumoniae strains to facilitate comparisons of these strains with yours!

Last call for our first batch-shipment of the collection! . Submit your request for the collection on or before the 30th of Nov to receive it on December this year 🔗 in bio. Any requests submitted after the 30th of Nov will be filed for shipment in April 2024.
