Today I walked into two of my classes and was completely surprised by cakes from my students celebrating my PhD. Now for the lecturer who probably gives the most assignments and insists that everyone must speak in class… this was quite the shock! 😅

Today I participated in the Umoja Women's Run. A cause towards raising funds for Gender Based Violence Shelters. The shelters are closing down due to lack of funding yet they exist to serve men and women victims of GBV. You too can make a difference. #EndGBV
