Onto my 3rd roast and getting a lighter roast, looks slightly inconsistent with the colour but will see in a few days for the taste test ☕️

Tried the home roast today. It was a lot darker than I wanted. Surprisingly delicate for a darker roast. Trying it black in the filter was still too strong but with a dash of milk it brought out some of the sweet flavours from the coffee. Would make an amazing espresso 😋☕️
