Good post Phillip! Keep on doing what matters. And multiple means of.
You can do hundreds of research interviews with students, read the literature informed by millions more students, etc… but the moment you put one carefully selected student on a conference panel you’ll get a high five for “listening to the student voice”

Consultation paper on support for failing students policy. Potential fine of $18,780 per failing student. Big incentive to be tougher on admissions & to cancel enrolments of risky students before the census date. https://t.co/8Le1jovZZW

Hotspot of important conversations today at #BushSummit. Great chance to reach decision-makers, for those committed to regional Aust thriving. At a pre-event business breakfast, UNE VC & CEO Chris Moran spoke to UNE’s important place as a regional uni in rapidly growing #Tamworth

Legislation to abolish the 50% fail rule introduced. But unis who thought this would reduce their administrative burden will be very disappointed. New guidelines to create multiple new requirements. https://t.co/IqCEEGhtPP

The first is to create more regional university hubs and establish a similar model for the outer suburbs of our cities. There are currently 34 of these university centres. We will double them. 20 more in the regions and 14 in the outer suburbs.
