Executed the race plan but just didn't have the legs, an amazing learning experience and hopefully a taste of what there is to come, You tell 14 year old me that I'd be in European Champs representing GB I'd bite your arm off... Thank you @BritAthletics for the opportunity

At the International Schools' Cross Country in Dublin on Saturday, our two stars kept #proudschool flying high. In teams of 8 Isla was 3rd for Scotland (team getting a silver). And Alastair (who qualified 8th) was 5th for Scotland with his team picking up a bronze medal.
