It was an emotional day filled with highs and lows for Boss, but that embrace at the end with the lone senior on the 4x400m relay was what I wanted to see. Lift your brothers up and give your all so that they can live in their glory. Heckuva sendoff. So very proud of you, son.
State Championship was a great experience. I didn't have the exact results I wanted because of a few costly mistakes that impacted the finish. Finished with gold in 4x400, 4th in 300m hurdles, and 7th in 4x100relay. I know I have work to do but I am proud of the results.
