Former Southeast Missouri wide receiver Johnny King has agreed to an undrafted free agent deal with the Indianapolis Colts. King had 124 catches for 1,638 yards and 13 touchdowns as a Redhawk. Congratulations Johnny!

2022 OVC ROY KIDD COACH OF THE YEAR Tom Matukewicz wins the prestigious honor for the second time in his career. Matukewicz led the Redhawks to their third nine-win season and FCS Playoff appearance in five years. SEMO won its second OVC title with Matukewicz at the helm.
Southeast Missouri junior linebacker Zach Hall is one of three finalists for the STATS Buck Buchanan Award. Hall will head to Frisco, Texas for the FCS Awards Banquet where the winner will announced on Jan. 4.

Southeast Missouri won the OVC's automatic berth to this year's NCAA FCS Playoffs. SEMO won a coin flip after both the Redhawks and UT Martin finished as OVC Co-Champs. Commissioner Beth DeBauche administered the coin toss. UTM called "tails" and the coin landed "heads."
