A grant scheme has relaunched in #Hull as @Hullccnews anounces Levelling Up Funding underspend resulting in new opportunities for regeneration in the city centre. Read more here:

Construction will soon start on 84 apartments & 13 bungalows in Moorway, near Sunderland. The "extra care" housing scheme is predicted to complete in 2028 with additional on-site ancillary support services and a social hub. Read the full article here:

#Bradford's plans for a new leisure centre with two pools and a gym have been submitted. @bradfordmdc is working to a £27.9m budget which includes a £20m Levelling Up grant from the government and a £7.9m contribution by the council through borrowing.
