Exciting project with @NilssonLabCph and @fordycelab on dephosphorylation site preferences of PPPs. Great contributions by @Nguyen_T_Hieu and @ishanasa!.
Our recent work with @fordycelab @KettenbachLab on BioRxiv now. We develop novel methods to investigate protein phosphatases allowing us to uncover their active site preferences which we show contributes to proper mitotic exit.
