I have been a Steelers fan since 1973. We as a fan base have been spoiled. Living through the lows makes you appreciate the highs. I am looking forward to being back at Heinz Field with my friends in two weeks and cheering for my team. Win or lose always a Steelers fan.

I just saw that Jaylen Samuels was released from the Steelers practice squad. I will be forever grateful for his career game against the Patriots in December 2018 which will always be one of my favorite games I have attended. He helped take down the evil empire that day.

14 year old me was worried. Steelers were losing in the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl for the first time ever. Swann had been knocked out of game.Bradshaw and Stallworth gave the Steelers a lead they never lost. Probably my personal favorite play from all the Super Bowls.

When I started my health journey nearly 3 months ago I was wearing size 42 jeans and 3x shirts. Today I wore my size 38 jeans and 2x Steelers 6 time champions t-shirt and both fit fine. Down 36.8 lbs with at least that much more to lose. The older we are the harder it is to lose.

Big news on my weight loss journey. I started at 297.4 lbs on December 13th. This morning I was 219.4, down 78 lbs. Most importantly my bmi is now under 30 so I am no longer classified as obese. I post this to encourage you if you struggle with your weight. You can do it too!

I still get chills when I see this! Bradshaw's pass traveled roughly 65 yards in the air and got there in record time and hit Swann perfectly in stride all the while knowing he was going to get drilled a split second after he let it fly.

Down 23.6 lbs in 6 weeks. Much more weight to lose. I was a little discouraged. I carried around my 25 lb kettlebell for a few minutes and realized how much weight I am not carrying around all the time. My goal is to lose another 50 lbs by the start of next football season.

I can't get a clear picture off the tv screen but here I am after Kwon's interception. I was in the 2nd row in black Steelers coat. It was a tremendous feeling when he came down with that pass. We yelled till we lost our voices and the towels were twirling. Great atmosphere!
