Another #Barge at #Vancouver's Sunset Beach, hauling away a derelict sailboat. I counted 4 boats, 11 people, 2 cranes and a barge. It's always busy on the water there and always fun to watch.

The Province is not a participant in Mayor Sim's rushed and mysterious crusade to abolish the Park Board. They see no reason yet to amend the City Charter, as required. Perhaps the Province, like me, sees no convincing rationale for doing so.
