So I set out to bring back a team of folks I trust to hand over the task of rebuilding and reimagining the future of IMB. I'm so excited for this next chapter and to see something I built grow and change into something much larger than just myself

As the pandemic was winding down though I started getting many teams and industry friends asking about IMB and if it would ever come back. I know how important it had become to so many people over the nearly decade it was running

I joined the 1Up Fund as a Partner in 2022 after building the community since its inception in 2018. I feel strongly that being in a decision making position for funding studios is one of the most direct ways to have impact. I'm incredibly proud of the work we do there

Making the difficult decision to shut down something so many people worked so hard on over the years was complicated and painful. I spent a long time recovering and thinking hard about what would be next for me
