Thanks to Hon Min Machakaire for acting responsibly. He was driving behind an irresponsible driver who was overspeeding putting the lives of innocent people at risk. He took a video shared with myself and Hon Min Mhona. Police arrested the driver and VID compunded the bus.

Treasury has promised to release the money and a plan is already in place for disbursements in batches.The first batch has now been released to suppliers . Unfortunately there is lead time as the consumables are unique and country specific hence are produced per order and payment

@KMutisi As discussed at length inbox with you, gvt came up with a self financing strategy to clear the backlog , which I shared with the nation at the time. It worked for a while, enough money was raised as planned until COVID kicked in. This is not an excuse but a fact.
