M&A exits are just gone for most I talked with two different companies last week who are trying to sell (board is pushing them) They have been trying to sell for nearly 1 year. Zero interest They are ZIRP darlings but are now between $20-$50M ARR with ~20% growth. One is near

How do you sell a product that doesn't exist yet? By being scrappy and a damn good storyteller. @SallyWynter staged photos with sparkling water and a house plant >> used the images to drum up PR >> got pre-orders >> funds paid for first run. All with just £1,000 budget 5

A lot of people reach out asking for pre-seed investor introductions. With today’s market esp in Africa abt 80% will need real revenue traction before any VC even looks at them. My advice is almost always the same: stop chasing investors and focus on building revenue.
