Levels of incompetency in IR. 11100 Madgaon-LTT exp was announced to arrive at pf 2 in place of pf 1 when the train arrived at station. Absolute chaos as people had no clue about the sudden change and the train was scheduled to stop for only 2 mins. @KonkanRailway @RailwaySeva.
