The ability to converse is becoming such lost art. Again if my kids can carry on a conversation with a peer, adult or senior.Have a firm handshake .And show up on time . They are gonna be winning the battle!.

I thought I worked out and lifted weights to be a strong old lady someday…. Turns out I need it now in order to survive wrestling bouts with my 15 yr old son and his few found love for wrestling. 😜🙃. I’m closest to his body weight. Dad is 2x.
