Exciting news! As of today, the single point of access in all three @BetsiCadwaladr maternity units is officially live! This will enable direct communication with maternity units, especially crucial in time-critical emergencies. A huge step forward for timely, safe care.

We are pleased to share with our maternity staff today that after 8 months of trials, we will be implementing flexible rostering on a permanent basis! With around 150 midwives and 30 MSWs we have shown self rostering on this scale can be done #maternityretention #flexibleworking
