I know I sound like a broken record, but passing market structure legislation is the best way to unlock innovation across the country and ensure consistent consumer protections for Americans, no matter where they live. Thanks to @SenLummis for her continued fearless leadership.

It's hard to overstate the enormity of today's votes. I've been working in DC for 24 years -- 9 of them working for Coinbase -- and today might rank as one of the best days ever. Today Congress took a GIANT step forward on comprehensive federal regulation. The House passed.

The House just delivered a massive win for the 52 million Americans who own crypto. In a historic bipartisan vote, 78 Democrats and 216 Republicans voted to pass the CLARITY Act, a bill to create clear rules and consumer protections for crypto. Now the Senate needs to act and.
