We're overjoyed that our project at 700 Prospect Ave. is one of the recipients of this round of the Ohio Historic Preservation Credit, which now allows us to move ahead with the historic conversion and add more than a hundred market-rate residential units to Downtown Cleveland!
The office-to-housing redo of 700 Prospect Ave. - the old United Church of Christ HQ in downtown Cleveland - is moving ahead. It's one of 11 Northeast Ohio historic preservation projects that just won state tax credits.

Removal of Ohio’s state historic tax credit would be devastating to future redevelopment projects and damage the progress of our urban cores. K&D has utilized the credit for more than 8 properties in downtown Cleveland, which would not be possible without the credits.
