We currently are in a world where 90% of franchise cricket business is owned by Indian stakeholders which do not want Pakistani cricketers. When our cricketers find opportunities in that 10% space who exploit us at base price, we've PCB killing them by denying/withholding NOCs.

When teams recruit overseas players months in advance, they have to do due diligence to understand the likelihood of that player turning up. A national board suspending NOCs dramatically reduces the chances of franchise teams risking signing their players in the long term.
📰| PCB has suspended NOCs for its players, barring overseas league participation (SAMAA). 11 🇵🇰 players had winter deals, including Shaheen, Babar & Rizwan (BBL), Khusdil & Faheem (BPL) — all now suspended. Also dents chances of 🇵🇰 picks in tomorrow’s ILT20 auction.
