@SchuylerBerlin @KaeleyT She calls herself a Christian, but she is a proud feminist who hates what the Bible has to say about wives being submissive to their husbands. Many like her that reject God's word and rely on their own understanding.

@KaeleyT This is extremely dishonest framing. Men do need sex, not because they need it to live, or that they can't abstain from it. Men need it because it is a fulfillment of their nature. In the same way that we need to build, or discover, we do need sex, within marriage, open to life.

Letâs dissect this. ⢠Is the Cinderella effect real? Yes. ⢠Do step kids experience an increased risk of abuse? Yes. ⢠Should single parents be hyper vigilant and impose unapologetically high standards upon prospective mates? Yes. Children suffer when we get this wrong.
There are sacrificial, heroic step-parents. But overall, an new spouse in not a value add to a child's life. They often experience disproportionate treatment- less money, less positive attention, more negative attention, more mistreatment. This phenomenon is so well-established
