Fantastic @open_Outcomes.
Added a patient's #PROMs into @open_Outcomes after they'd opted to complete on paper rather than electronically. Bit unusual in terms of dates and not answering every question but really pleasing to see how the system handled it all and gave correct scores & full audit info.

@ShaunLintern Positive that someone steeped in patient safety is in this position. Agree the NHS has huge amounts of data - but costs and complexity of turning this into useful information is hugely underestimated. “use AI” is NOT the answer - needs investment in unglamorous data engineering.
