Great tip from @missgeog92 - always have a supply of emergency snacks, goodies etc for the days you forget lunch, need a sugar hit etc.
It’s that time of the year again. One Poundland haul later my emergency box is stocked for the year ahead. Has saved me on many occasions when I’ve forgotten lunch, had a bad day, had a parents evening or needed to show someone some support ✨

This is probably the best advice I could give any leader… I burnt out, more than once, as a middle leader, I was in NO state to lead my team and bring the best for the kids. I thought it was a sign of weakness. Listen to your body… refill before it’s too late.
