After lots of thought, I've set myself the challenge to complete 1000km to raise money for Mind. I'll be starting it next Tuesday (4th) and aiming to complete it within two months (over 16km a day!) Any sponsorship/shares would be seriously appreciated 😊

Today marks the 75th anniversary of the arrival of HMT Empire Windrush from the West Indies. Many of the people who travelled on the ship came to work for the NHS, which now represents over 200 nationalities.
