I think the biggest thing I’ve taken away is Richardson should’ve stayed in college and had more snaps before declaring for the draft. NFL is not a learning league.

I’ve been on record saying that I think there is a very low probability of Anthony Richardson reaching his potential. I still wanted him as the starter. I don’t know how else he’s supposed to get there. He’s already played, we can’t re-do his rookie season and make him sit.

Richardson should be requesting a trade or release because it’s clear the Colts have zero clue how to develop him. Not even saying he will hit his ceiling but I feel confident saying it’s not happening with our toxic hellfire of a team.

they’re going to spin this as giving Richardson more time to develop but it’s over. This is a desperate attempt to back into the playoffs at 9-8 only to lose in the wild card round. Fire everyone. Clean house. I’ve had enough.
