Day 0.3 of 🚢 Ship30for30 This one was a fun one since it was top of mind. I also spent some time thinking about who I want to write for - I wonder how I can refine the language even more to hit that audience?

Day 0.2 of 🚢 Ship30for30 I'm currently mid-experiment of when to have my sacred writing hours. The first 5 days is set for 11PM and the next 5 days for in the AM. I already think 11PM might be too late, since heading to bed at 12PM is not ideal. Anyways here's atomic essay 2!

1/ How do you grow online communities? The accurate answer is "it depends". Humans are complex, especially in groups & the conditions for healthy growth vary. This was illustrated in a recent research article "Are All Successful Communities Alike?"

I find feedback fascinating. In my life, I see so many different expectations about what is feedback-worthy and what feedback looks like. And when two people's expectations don't match, they often don't realize when they're getting feedback from the other person. 🤣 #tweet100
