Where I say “system,” I already go wrong myself…. Words like “system”, “formation” have become industry jargon. It implies something “fixed,” while it actually never is. It’s about the unique, indivisible qualities of each player & their relationships with each other i/t game.

Formations are just numbers on paper, what really matters are the PLAYERS’ TRAITS and how their QUALITIES fit their roles in RELATION to one another. The system serves the players, not the other way around! #coaching
