Here we are at @etalkCTV debating the Top 25 box office earners of the past 25 years. Didn't think it would be this much fun talking about movies that sometimes weren't. Check out the first episode here:

In the new movie, Lex Luthor tries to have Superman banished to the Phantom Zone for interfering in a genocide he's profiteering from. Can't make this shit up.
Today I am imposing sanctions on UN Human Rights Council Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese for her illegitimate and shameful efforts to prompt @IntlCrimCourt action against U.S. and Israeli officials, companies, and executives. Albanese’s campaign of political and economic.

As a critic in Toronto (not at all a major movie market, right?), this is often the best case scenario for me to review a movie in time for embargo. Usually we don't get to see the movie until after the embargo breaks, which is a great way for studios to help me lose work.
Fantastic Four is screening at 7pm the night before a noon embargo, so critics will have 3 work hours at most to file their reviews (to say nothing of the edit process). not the biggest crisis on earth, but I’ll never get why studios keep doing this to their films. even good ones.
