El artículo de IVA a contratistas SÍ fue aprobado. Gracias a la presión ciudadana anoche dijeron que lo van a eliminar. Cuando sea un hecho que lo sacan, es decir cuando exista el texto para votar en plenaria será un hecho que podremos verificar.
